The studio has its own private entrance and deck, giving you as much peace and privacy as you’d like. Inside you’ll find a comfortable queen bed with an electric blanket for cooler nights, a heat pump for year-round comfort, and a newly renovated modern walk-in shower.

Breakfast is included. Enjoy fresh sourdough, home baking, herbal teas and homegrown produce from the garden when available.
There’s no full kitchen, but you’ll have a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster for simple meals and snacks.
And one less thing to think about: we’ll take care of the dishes. Just leave them in the black washing-up bowl and enjoy your day.

The garden is part of the experience, with an on-site beehive, organic vegetables and a little children’s playhouse.
While the studio is especially suited to adults seeking peace and quiet, a child is very welcome for couples who would like to bring them along.

This is your own space to relax at your own pace. Read a book, lie in the hammock, sit on the deck and watch the birds, or simply enjoy doing very little.

Access is via two staircases down to the studio, with convenient key-safe entry so you can arrive and come and go easily.
Your hosts live in the main house but respect your privacy and take your lead on interaction. If you’d like local recommendations or a chat, we’re happy to help. If you’d prefer to retreat into the bush and enjoy your own space, that’s completely fine too.
For longer stays, a cleaning service can also be arranged.
